We do our best to process your order as soon as it is placed. Most of our orders have a processing and handling time of 48 hours or less. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to you so you can monitor the status of your parcel. Certain holidays and events may alter the lead time needed to process orders.
We use all major carriers and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout. For domestic shipping within the United States, orders generally ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS Mail. For all international shipments, we do our best to use USPS, DHL, or other reputable courier partners in order to provide our customers with valid tracking information.
We always aim to make sure our customers love our charts, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly or send a contact form message and we’ll take you through the returns process. Please note that we are only able to return merchandise in its original, new condition, free from wear and tear.
